Hollywood Park Expands with New Restaurants and Retail in Inglewood
Inglewood’s Hollywood Park development is expanding its dining and retail offerings with the announcement of several new tenants that will occupy more than 13,000 square feet of space at the mixed-use center developed by Los Angeles Rams and SoFi Stadium owner Stan Kroenke.
The upcoming additions include American restaurant The Melt, Mediterranean cuisine at Panini Kabob Grill, Chinese eatery Lan Noodle, Louisiana fried chicken chain Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, and the boutique Rhythm Bar and Lounge. These new establishments will complement existing offerings at the sprawling entertainment and residential complex.
“Building on the great food and beverage offerings already available at The Meeting Spot, COSM and Cinépolis, Hollywood Park continues to develop as a full-service destination,” said Otto Maly, president of Kroenke Holdings, in a statement announcing the new tenants.
The development serves multiple audiences including office workers, residents of the near-fully leased apartment buildings, fitness enthusiasts at Iconix Fitness, and visitors to the various entertainment venues throughout the complex. The dining options reflect the diverse tastes of Inglewood’s growing population and the thousands who visit for events at SoFi Stadium and other venues.
Additional retail openings will include Phenix Salon Suites, Code Next Lab, and a Verizon store, further establishing Hollywood Park as a comprehensive lifestyle destination for Inglewood residents and visitors alike.
The momentum at Hollywood Park shows no signs of slowing, with the Kali Hotel currently under construction and plans to break ground soon on the new Hollywood Park Studios. Maly described the energy as “palpable at our city-within-a-city,” highlighting the transformative impact on Inglewood’s economy and skyline.
The development will also host its inaugural Film Festival at Hollywood Park in October, adding cultural programming to its growing list of attractions and establishing Inglewood as an emerging entertainment destination beyond sports events.
These additions represent continued investment in Inglewood’s transformation into a major entertainment and lifestyle hub, creating jobs and amenities for local residents while attracting visitors from across Southern California.
