Founded in 1917, the San Antonio Winery, a subsidiary of Riboli Family Wines, is one of the last of more than 100 producing wineries that once lined the Los Angeles river basin. The winery specializes is the production of dessert and fortified wines such as Marsala, sherry, Madeira and port. San Antonio uses grapes that are specifically grown for the creation of fine dessert and fortified wines. These varieties are well suited to warm climates and grown exclusively in California’s San Joaquin Valley. The company also operates a restaurant, banquet facility, tasting room and international wine shop featuring hundreds of domestic and imported labels on the premises. The San Antonio Winery is located in Los Angeles.
