With COVID-19 still around and cases on the rise, Halloween Trick-or-Treating is effectively cancelled this year. But there are still social distancing friendly events that you can take your kids to. Here is one such event.
A group of 5 Los Angeles non-profits organizations have banded together to create a safe and fun Halloween event for families. Families can drive up and will receive a goodie bag containing masks, hand sanitizer and packaged goodie, everything needed for a safe 2020 Halloween.
500 goodie packages will be distributed.
The event will take place on Friday, Oct 30 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm here in Inglewood. You must register for the event here: https://www.simplyyouthinstitute.com/goodie-giveaway/ Address information will be given upon successful registration.
Registrations will close when the 500 limit is reached.
The five non-profits involved include Simple Youth Institute, Keeping Konnected Inc., B.A.R.E Truth, Beyond the Skies Unlimited, Dad’s Back and A Brighter Beginning Housing.
