NYX Makeup Partners with Randy’s Donuts for Inglewood Event and Sweet Collaboration
Two iconic Los Angeles brands are joining forces for a sweet collaboration that puts Inglewood in the spotlight. NYX Professional Makeup has partnered with Randy’s Donuts to create a custom donut inspired by the makeup brand’s latest product launch, with a special event planned at Inglewood’s famous Randy’s Donuts location.
Starting today, April 24th, a limited-edition donut inspired by NYX’s new Buttermelt Glaze Skin Tint SPF 30 is available exclusively at Randy’s Donuts locations nationwide. The special treat is designed to mirror the rich, buttery, and glazed sensation of the makeup product, which gives skin a soft-glow “glazed donut” finish.
The collaboration will reach its peak on Saturday, April 26th, with a special event at the original Randy’s Donuts in Inglewood, located at 805 W Manchester Boulevard. Beginning at 9 a.m., the first 250 guests will receive a free donut and have the opportunity to participate in product sampling from NYX Professional Makeup. Visitors can also take photos at a special “glam photo moment” set up for the occasion.
“NYX Professional Makeup is all about community, authenticity, and having fun with beauty,” said Andrea Muguerza, NYX Professional Makeup’s VP of Marketing. “When thinking about how our new Buttermelt Glaze Skin Tint comes to life with a glazed, dewy finish, we just had to partner with another iconic Los Angeles brand, Randy’s Donuts! This partnership allows us to bring joy to our community in a fun and unexpected way.”
Adding to the excitement, NYX Professional Makeup has enlisted viral social media personalities, The Scotts, for a content series to promote the collaboration. With over 30 million combined followers, the duo will “take over” Randy’s Donuts for what the company describes as “some light-hearted chaos” to celebrate the beauty brand’s latest product.
Founded in 1952, Randy’s Donuts and its giant rooftop donut sign have become one of Inglewood’s most recognizable landmarks. The collaboration with NYX Professional Makeup continues the establishment’s legacy as both a local favorite and an internationally recognized symbol of Los Angeles culture.
This event represents yet another example of how Inglewood’s iconic businesses continue to attract partnerships with major brands, bringing positive attention and visitors to the community.
