A large tree fell down after 9pm at 9417 South 2nd Ave., Los Angeles County Fire Department Dispatch Supervisor Miguel Ornelas said. The incident occurred late Saturday night. The incident injured a man who was nearby.
The man was taken to a local hospital. The severity and nature of the injuries were not detailed.
